We always read tips on how to reduce body weight. For those having overweight problem, it would be obviously suitable for them to read and practice those tips, but what about those who are already thin? They would not want to be more thinner. For those who are too skinny, they will always complaint and try every means possible to gain weight. And don't be surprised if you were told that those who are too skinny are actually worried about their weight problem as much as those who are obese.
Thin or skinny people have always been told to keep on eating to gain weight, but not all of them would gain weight by keeping on eating. For people with high metabolism, whatever he or she eats is not enough to put on his or her weight, in fact to keep on eating without thinking of the health benefit of the food consumed would bring the risk of disease such as diabetes or cholesterol problem.

1) Workout
Why workout? If one wants to loose on weight one has to exercise and running to reduce body fat, right? same goes in gaining weight. Workout is important in building muscle of our body. This is important in building muscles for those who are skinny. The workout need not necessarily be done in gym. It can also be done at home or outside of home.
2) Eat food rich in protein.
After workout, you need to keep eating food rich in protein to preserve the muscle that has been built. You may want to eat foods like meat, half-boiled eggs and chicken. If you want faster weight gaining, you can drink protein shake. Avoid consuming oily foods and those containing fat because these foods does not help in gaining weight the healthy way.
